DIABOLOS is a mysterious Black Metal act created by HIKI in early 2022. The first release, a self titled EP, immediately caught our attention by its sinister music, a powerful ode to violence in the vein of early DARK FUNERAL, confirmed later by the debut album “La Porte de l’Enfer”, released in late 2022

“Le Sang des Morts” is a brilliant sequel to these 2 previous releases, presenting HIKI’s universe were sharp guitar riffs will blast straight through your speakers, along with the high velocity drum patterns and lugubre vocal parts.

However, DIABOLOS does not forget to add a few touches of originality by incorporating violin and piano parts (“Le Sang des Morts”, “Bloody Faith”), synth pads (“Throne of Doom”) and even a sublime female voice on the title “Endless dreams”.

With “Le Sang des Morts”, DIABOLOS definitely secures its place into the Japanese Black Metal scene. No more excuses not to listen to this album!
